Adding Projects to Pipeline

Method 1: From Search Results

  1. Go to Search and find projects

  2. Click the three-dot menu on any project card

  3. Select Add to Pipeline

  4. Choose your pipeline from the dropdown

  5. Select either:

    1. Existing Column: Add to a current stage

    2. New Column: Create a new stage name

  6. Click Submit

Method 2: From Project Pages

  1. Click on a project to open its page

  2. Click Add to Pipeline button

  3. Follow the same steps as Method 1

Managing Projects in the Pipeline

Moving Projects

  • Drag and Drop: Move projects between different stages

  • Three-Dot Menu: Edit or remove projects from pipeline

  • Projects can be moved to any stage at any time

Pipeline Views

  • List View: See all projects in organised columns

  • Map View: View projects geographically on a map

  • Switch between views as needed
